Six things.
The right six.
Capture everything, sort it by what's urgent and what's important, then give today to the six that matter. Goals, habits, routines and your Google Calendar sit on one timeline, so you can see your whole day at once.
Capture. Spread. Focus.
Three pages that follow how a good week actually runs.
Get it all out
Every task goes in one list, grouped by category. The Eisenhower lens shows at a glance what's urgent, what's important, and what can wait.
Give it a day
Spread tasks across the week, see which days are already full, and move things with a tap.
Do the six
Choose at most six tasks for today, in order. Work on the first until it's done, then the next. That's the Ivy Lee method, and it has worked for more than a hundred years.
Goals, habits and tasks, together
No switching between a habit tracker, a to-do app and a calendar. They share one day.
Goals
Big goals broken into milestones, linked tasks and habits, and rewards for when you get there.
Habit tracker
Tick-off or counted habits, streaks, a six-month view, weekly checklists and notes.
Tasks & subtasks
Categories, subtasks, repeats, reminders and the four Eisenhower quadrants.
Day View timeline
Wake to sleep on one timeline, with your free gaps shown so you know where things fit.
Routines
Morning and evening routines that show up on the right days, at the right time.
Google Calendar
Your events and birthdays shown next to your plan. Read-only: the app never changes your calendar.
Day recap & journal
Close the day: what got done, how it felt, and a few lines in your own words.
Widgets & shortcuts
Today's Six and your habit week on the home screen, plus a quick "New task" shortcut.
Backup to your Drive
Automatic backup to a private folder in your own Google Drive, and restore on any phone.
Urgent is not the same as important
Mark a task urgent, important, both, or neither, and it lands in the right quadrant. The important-but-not-urgent quadrant is where the real progress happens, and the app keeps it in view.
